SALA Features Donati Family Vineyard Wine Pairing Dinner

We are pleased to announce that SALA is hosting a wine pairing dinner with the Donati Family Vineyard. Mitch, a representative from the vineyard, will be in attendance to share information about the wines while Teresa from SALA will share information about the food.

Cost: $95 per person plus tax and gratuity

A welcome cocktail and bite

Four course meal paired with four wines

Antipasto: served with Claret

Primo: Piatto served with Sisters Forever Unoaked Chardonnay

Secondi: a choice of Swordfish or Tenderloin Spiedini served with Claret or

Immigrant Red Blend

Dolci: a choice of Tiramisu or Cannoli served with Cabernet Sauvignon

All wines will be available to purchase by the glass after the dinner as well as full bottles to order for take home.
