Sake Month continues!

Sake Tasting & Pairing: A Deep Dive on Fukucho

Tuesday, October 8th from 6-8pm

We're very excited to host this special tasting event with sake expert, Monica Samuels from Vine Connections / Kome Collective. This seated, guided tasting will focus on Imada Shuzo, or Fukucho, from Hiroshima, the birthplace of ginjo sake.

It's rare to get an opportunity to really deep dive into a brewery. You'll get to taste through their lineup (3 sakes will be poured), interact with creative food pairings (read: small bites), and all of that from Monica, no less!

As the VP of Sake & Spirits for Vine Connections/ Kome Collective, Monica has worked closely with Miho Imada, toji at Fukucho, for years now and has first hand experience at the brewery that she's eager to share.
