After-hours, quiet, intimate. This Rustic Wine Dinner Series will be limited to 15 seats per event. Hosted by winemaker Adam McBride and executive chefs David & Stephanie Hardy, this dinner will feature five courses expertly paired with a featured Hickory Creek wine. After enjoying a welcome wine and hors d'oeuvres, you’ll be led into our barrel room for the behind-the-scenes culinary adventure or out to our chardonnay vineyard (weather permitting).

We think this collaboration between Hickory Creek and H2 Entertainment will capture the welcoming spirit of the winery while showcasing the talents of an award-winning culinary team. World-class food, world-class wine but laid back and not pretentious.

• Mixed green salad, gala apples, feta cheese, pomegranate seeds, candied pecans and apple cider vinaigrette with 2022 Pinot Gris (Lake Michigan Shore, Old Shore Vineyard)
• Butternut squash soup garnished with spiced crema and toasted pumpkin seeds with 2022 Tiger Lily Dry Rosé (Lake Michigan Shore)
• Red wine braised beef with cheddar grits and roasted root vegetables with 2021 Mélange (Bordeaux-style blend, Lake Michigan Shore)
• Apple cherry crumble served with vanilla bean ice cream and Rouge Doux sauce with 2022 Rouge Doux (Lake Michigan Shore)
