Rusconi’s Kitchen Three-Course Tuscan-Themed Wine Dinner AUG. 13

Cost: $70

On Tuesday, Aug. 13 at 6:30 p.m., Rusconi’s American Kitchen hosts a one-of-a-kind three-course pairing dinner featuring wines from Italy’s Tuscan region. Cost is just $70 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and includes the following menu and pairings:

 

Primi: Open-Faced Ravioli with shrimp, tomato, cremini mushrooms and lobster jus

Pairing: 2022 Banfi San Angelo Pinot Grigio - Montalcino, Italy

 

Secondo: Balsamic Braised Short Rib of Beef Gorgonzola Gnocchi with Sangiovese reduction and fava beans

Pairing: 2020 Banfi Collepino “Toscana” Sangiovese - Tuscany, Italy

 

Dolce: Espresso Semi Freddo

Pairing: Bolla Prosecco – Veneto, Italy
