In collaboration with Wicked Dolphin, a renowned local rum distillery based in Cape Coral, we present a three-course dinner where each dish is perfectly paired with a handcrafted cocktail featuring their premium rum.

Wicked Dolphin is known for producing some of the finest rums on Florida's Gulf Coast, available exclusively within the state. During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to sample a variety of 5 of their exceptional rums, including dark, spiced, and flavored varieties, while learning about the unique characteristics that make each one special.

Our Chef's Specials Menu will also be showcased, offering dishes curated specifically to enhance your tasting experience.
