Together with a group of sustainability advocates, she’ll lead a thought-provoking panel discussion on innovative practices that protect and nurture our planet, while fostering resilience for future generations.


Following the panel, celebrate Earth Day with us with our regeneratively farmed wines, paired with light bites.

MARGARITA POSTORONCA, Viticulture & Sustainability Manager, CHANDON

Margarita is passionate about our lands, working hard to give back to the ecosystem. Her and the team’s collective efforts have earned us certifications including Regenefied, Napa Green Vineyard & Winery, Bee Friendly Farming, Fish Friendly Farming, and California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance Vineyard certification.


ANNA BRITTAIN, Executive Director, Napa Green

A leader in wine industry sustainability. Anna has over 14 years global experience in environmental management and policy. Since 2015 she has been an integral leader and development of the Napa Green program and the launch of the RISE Climate & Wine Symposium. Awarded Wine Enthusiast's Future 40 Tastemaker, and a Wine Business Monthly Industry Leader.


JANNA OLSON, Regenerative Transition Planner & Implementation Coach, Quorum Soil Agriculture

Since Janna’s introduction to agriculture in the tribal South Pacific, she’s spent 15 years working in wine, ecological farming, holistic management, and regenerative agriculture. She coaches NorCal vineyard, ranch & orchard teams, shifting farm operations to regenerative systems with measurable differences you can taste.


MOLLY SHEPPARD, Environmental Manager, Spottswoode

Molly blends her passion for winemaking and the environment, helping to craft the wines in both the vineyard and the cellar. She manages Spottswoode’s B Corp certification and environmental initiatives, which includes measuring the GHG emissions as part of their membership with International Wineries for Climate Action.
