For ages 18 & up
Perfect your technique as you practice two ways to make this rich, creamy Northern Italian rice dish. Working with a small team, you'll create the classic version flavored with saffron; a baked instead of stirred version; and a couple of delicious ways to make a meal of any left overs.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of Italian wine as you sample the results of your efforts at the end of class.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
