Holiday comedy showcase of comedians to watch!
Shanti Charan is a stand-up comedian, writer, and storyteller. The daughter of immigrants, Shanti’s humor reflects her experience as an Indo-Fijian woman, growing up as a second-generation American. Charan was named San Francisco Bay Guardian’s “Best Comedian” in their annual “Best of SF” edition. SF Weekly awarded Shanti “Best Stand Up on the Way Up," stating Charan’s writing “is clever and confident beyond her years."
Stand-up comedian, actress, and writer Jalisa Robinson has a unique deadpan and sparkling style to her unique comedy stylings. A native Midwesterner, she now lives in California and was a San Francisco International Comedy Competition Semi-Finalist in 2022. A favorite at The Punchline San Francisco, Cobbs, and San Jose Improv, she regularly performs at top-tier clubs and festivals across the country. She recently appeared as a featured comedian in the Netflix is a Joke Comedy Festival 2024.
Daniel Lewis is a stand-up comic originally from Detroit. He's a regular at the San Francisco Punch Line and Cobb's Comedy Club. He won the 2022 East Bay Comedy Competition. He’s a comedian to watch. The people spoke, and we listened! Due to tons of requests to bring him back after his performance at our recent 6th Annual Wine Country Comedy Fest Dan is making his way back to wine country!
