Join us on August 3rd, 2024, on a journey through Rioja with our Rioja Master Program. This intensive, intermediate-level course will be led by Alessandra Esteves, DipWSET, SWS, and Certified Rioja Educator, who is officially endowed by the Rioja Council in Spain.
Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of Rioja’s history, climate, regions, sub-regions, soils, grapes, and winemaking. The program covers the full spectrum of Rioja wines, including sparkling, whites, rosés, and reds, and a tasting of 12-16 wines, providing a comprehensive overview of styles and trends.
Designed for enthusiasts and professionals alike, the course also offers insights into food and wine pairing, and the role of tourism in Rioja. Upon successful completion, participants have the opportunity to earn a special Rioja Wine Academy diploma by completing the official Rioja Trade Diploma course online (included).
