We extend a warm invitation to join us in a collaborative gathering, dedicated to the exquisite journey through the years of Red Newt's transformative Finger Lakes Riesling.
Established in 1998 by David and Debra Whiting, Red Newt Cellars holds a rich legacy in our region.
Christina Zapel, the current winemaker at Red Newt, will grace the event, delving into the intricacies of the wines we'll be savoring and the unique vineyards that nurtured the grapes. In the company of friends and family associated with Red Newt Cellars, anecdotes and tales will be shared, offering a glimpse into the winery's captivating history.
The wines will be thoughtfully paired with dishes by Chef, Max Spittler, inspired by the late Debra Whiting and her remarkable 2006 menu with the James Beard Foundation & Finger Lakes Wine Country.
