Join us for our 30th Anniversary celebrations as we vow to renew your taste here at Central Market. Plano's very own Executive Chef Vik Kotoch and Executive Sous Chef Kristina Norwood will "walk you down every aisle" with a menu that highlights our unique items - from wild mushrooms to our signature sauces; A-10 Wagyu beef to in-house smoked fish; gourmet cheeses to scratch-baked breads; and much, much more!
During this come-and-go tasting event, you'll stroll around our upstairs mezzanine and cooking school where you'll find an assortment of small plates, tasty bites, and delicacies featuring many of our exclusive products to sample Please accept our proposal to fall in love all over again with Central Market and RSVP for a fun-filled evening.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? We'll have wines to sample, too.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
