This panel discussion will highlight the similarities between wine and cannabis as we dive into a sensory exploration of the smells and tastes of these remarkable plants. Learn the basics of cannabis terpenes and flavorants, how terroir and farming practices play a role in plant development, and discover the art of pairing with our featured panelists and industry professionals.

Tickets will include a unique, sensory-driven flight of Priest Ranch wines and expertly paired bites from Culinary Director Dan Solomon featuring seasonal, local produce from Sonoma Hills Farm, all curated to highlight terpenes found in three distinct cannabis strains grown by panelist Aaron Keefer.
