Mushrooms are one of the most versatile but least understood ingredients in the kitchen. With a hugely diverse range of shapes, colors, and flavors, not to mention that some are poisonous, there's quite a lot to learn.

In this premiere series class, you will experience Formaggio Kitchen at its best with Colin, our wine expert, and Tyler, the mushroom expert.

In an intimate, small group setting, they will guide you through the basics of mushrooms. We will feature Tyler's favorite varietals in some delicious preparations. Colin will then guide you through selections of natural wine pairings.

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as our featured mushroom dishes, cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 5:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
