In the less-is-better tradition of Old World winemaking, Marriam VIneyards wines are crafted with minimal intervention. The reason for this is because so much work is done in the vineyard that they don’t want to change the flavors as nature intended. Taking extreme care with every step of the process; grapes are picked, sorted of debris, and placed in small batch fermentation tanks all by hand. French oak barrels bring another level of complexity to the blending process.Marriam Vineyards creates wines that are bold with restraint, elegance, and balance.

About the Chef: Steve Sicinski is the Executive Chef at The Nonantum Resort. With an array of culinary experience, Steve leads our resort’s restaurants with vison and innovation. He particularly enjoys creating successful specialty events with his team.
