Join us for a special guided tasting with the man behind Pray Tell, a winery that started as a dream on the West Coast and has now found its true home in Olde Kensington, Philadelphia.

Tom’s story is a love letter to family, food, and a relentless curiosity for the craft of winemaking. Raised on the tradition of making wine with his Italian grandfather, he took a detour through the world of publishing before the pull of the vineyard became undeniable. After years of producing wine in Oregon, he took a leap and brought world-class winemaking to Philly.

At this intimate tasting, Tom will share the stories behind his wines: the hands-on farming, the late-night harvests, and yes, even the hand-cut labels on every bottle.

Expect a lineup of beautifully balanced, low-intervention wines that capture the essence of both the West Coast and Pennsylvania’s emerging wine scene. This is more than a tasting—it’s a homecoming for this Philadelphian. Come sip, swirl, and hear the stories that make these wines so special.

As always, tasty Tria snacks will be served, and we encourage you to join us for Tria's Happier Hour from 4 to 6 pm before class!
