Porta Via Wine Director Jeff Morgenthal is hosting their latest wine pairing dinner at their Palm Desert location on Wednesday, December 4 for $80 per person. Here's the menu and wine pairings:
Appetizer: Oysters Rockefeller (NV Domaine Franis Orban Champagne Extra Brut)
First Course: Alsace Onion Tart (2022 Pranzegg-Martin Gojer "GT" Skin Contact Gewurztraminer, Alto Adige)
Main Course: Chicken Valdostana: Chicken Cutlets topped with Prosciutto and Fontina Cheese (2022 Cave Gargantua "Labie" Torrette Superieur Valle d'Aosta)
Dessert: Fresh Baked Cookies
Celebrating its 30th anniversary in business, Porta Via (@portaviaca) is family of neighborhood restaurants with locations in Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Calabasas, and Palm Desert.
