Local Event
Ofrenda Wines is a local Los Angeles-based Latina-owned small buisness and is a collective vision of six good friends who have committed their careers to advancing social, political, and economic justice.
Over the years, the team spent many evenings talking about careers, family and community issues while enjoying wines made by Andres Ibarra, one of the few Mexican wine makers in the Santa Ynez Valley.
The team has a deep admiration and passion for good, balanced wines so since Andres has been a life-long friend, the team asked him if he would be willing to make wine and Ofrenda Wines was born in 2013.
The goal at Ofrenda Wines is to make beautiful wine that brings people together to inspire dialogue, reflection and action. The team believes wine-making should be a communal experience. The passion for great wine, along with Andres Ibarra's talent has produced magic in blends and varietals. Tonight, guests will taste a Tempranillo, Serenata and a Pinot Noir.
