Pinelands Fall Dinner

Join us for a special 4-course dinner as we partner with Pinelands Brewery! Chef Andrew has crafted a delicious menu, cooking with Pinelands beer, and each course will be paired with a beer sampling to enhance the flavors.

• 1st Course: Broccoli and Cheddar Soup paired with SharpShooter IPA
• 2nd Course: Arugula and Pear Salad with candied pecans, goat cheese, and honey balsamic vinaigrette, paired with Gnarly Pine
• 3rd Course: Beef Wellington with wild mushroom, roasted sunchoke, and pale ale glaze, paired with American Pale Ale 08087
• 4th Course: Toasted pound cake with mixed berries and vanilla bean porter sabayon, paired with Vanilla Bean Porter
