Join Trombetta Family Wines at their estate in Forestville for a classic food and wine pairing—pigs & Pinot Noir! In true Trombetta fashion, this will be a deliciously fun afternoon filled with wine, a whole roasted pig, and great company. The Trombettas is partnering with Chef Darren McRonald, who will be on-site with the classic La Caja China box to prepare the roasted pig (it cooks for over 5 hours!). In addition, there will be plentiful organic sides prepared fresh from Rickey's garden, and of course, don't forget the homemade dessert. Join us for this special afternoon in wine country!
