During this class, guests will be preparing an array of Peruvian favorites from our famous ceviche – with your choice of traditional leche de tigre, ají amarillo, or rocoto – to our signature Arroz con Mariscos. All while making (and sipping) our classic Pisco Sour, Chilcano clásico, and our Guapo Chilcano cocktails. The event includes dinner, toast, and a limited edition Pisco y Nazca branded apron gift to take home.
