Come enjoy a night out at Oak + Bean and learn the Art of Pasta Fatto a Mano, the traditional method of hand stretching pasta dough (sofglia) from the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy. You will learn how to prepare, mix, knead, and roll fresh pasta dough using hand techniques and a traditional mattarello (Italian rolling pin).
Guests wishing to participate in hands-on activity will receive personal instruction as they learn to roll and form the dough into their favorite pasta shapes.
Workshop includes complimentary glass of wine, pasta tasting, recipe card, mattarello rolling pin, and fresh pasta to take home and enjoy.
Tickets are transferrable but not refundable.
