Join the Minneapolis Farmers Market, Chef Laura Bonicelli and Eversharp Kitchen Store for an intimate, hands-on pasta-making experience at the beautiful Stone Source space.
This event will showcase local ingredients and market vendors, offering participants the chance to master the art of pasta-making while enjoying a warm, communal atmosphere during the winter season.
Light snacks and refreshements featuring market cheese and baked goods will be provided upon arrival. Participants will learn to make two delicious pasta dishes: herb-laminated fettucine and handmade tortellini. Other techiniques will be demonstrated.
Attendees will take home recipe packets, coupons courtesy of Minneapolis Farmers Market vendors and knife-sharpening discounts via Eversharp along with all pasta produced in class.
