You’ll get to create your own delicious Pasta from scratch, with your own pasta roller machine to take home! Led by Amy LaBelle, this class will guide you through the creation of homemade pasta from start to finish. You’ll be given a sample of LaBelle wine upon arrival, and be provided with all of the necessary tools, ingredients, recipe cards, and each attendee receives their own pasta roller to use and take home after class!
At this hands-on Cooking Techniques Class led by Amy LaBelle, you’ll get to learn how to create your very own Pasta entirely from scratch! Your experience will be enhanced with a sampling of LaBelle wine upon arrival, and additional wine by the glass will be available for purchase throughout the class. Pasta recipe and pasta roller can be used for varying pasta thickness for spaghetti, fettuccini, linguine and more!

- This event takes place within our upstairs Harvest Room at LaBelle Winery in Derry, NH.
- Tickets purchased together will be seated together. If you would also like to be seated with those from another online order, please enter their names in the “Additional Information” section during checkout.
- Guests will create a hands-on recipe during class; please be prepared to get a little messy.
- Please Note: a small snack will be provided to you during class. We recommend dining with us at Americus Restaurant before or after the event!
- All ages are welcome to attend, though only those ages 21+ will be given a greeting pass of LaBelle wine.
- Tickets are electronic and will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase online. The name on the ticket does not need to match the name of the person attending.

- Value of Tickets may be transferred to another LaBelle Public Event up until 10 days prior to this event. No transfers are permitted within 10 days prior to the event.
