Owners Tim Perr and Scott Knight, both local Palisadians, founded Pali Wine Co. in 2005, intent on producing wines that “speak well of their origin and varietal”, and to bring those wines to the consumer at the best price without compromising quality. Winemaker Aaron Walker (pictured above) joined the team in 2007 to help implement this plan and continues to garner wide acclaim for his efforts. He makes wine under three labels: Pali Wine Co., Tower 15 and the newest brand, Neighborhood Winery. Tonight, we will have an opportunity to taste 5 of his current releases paired with mouth-watering cuisine created by Socalo’s culinary team. Come meet and chat with the exciting man behind the wines and get the inside scoop on the winery and their future plans. All the wines will be available for ordering at very special prices so you can stock up. Grab some friends and join us as we help them celebrate their 20th anniversary!
