Local Event
An evening with Two Mountain Winery! We will have an exquisite five course dinner, with each course perfectly paired to the Yakima wineries award winning wines. The menu for the evening will explore a variety of flavor profiles, starting with lobster puff pastry and ending with a beautiful crème brûlée. We will pair wines with Coq Au Vin, Short Ribs w/radicchio and as a tribute to harvest, a gorgeous beet burrata salad. The evening is hosted by the winemaker himself, Mister Matt Rawn. Doors open at 5pm and dinner starts at 5:30.

-Lobster Puff Pastry
-Herbed lobster mascarpone
-Beet/Carrot/Burrata Salad
-Arugula, pistachios, Chili honey vinaigrette
-Coq au Vin Cornish Hen Stew
-Chicken thigh, mushroom, thyme, garlic, red onion, and red wine chicken stock
-Short ribs w/charred radicchio and smashed red potato
-Crème Brûlée
Tickets are $95 per person, with a $25 deposit that is subtracted from your ticket fee
