We are excited to invite you to our fall wine dinner on Wednesday, October 30th at 6pm featuring wines from The Orin Swift Wine Co. Our sommelier will be pouring wines created by Dave Phinney, original wine maker of Prisoner Wine and Orin Swift fame. Celebrated for his veracity and ingenuity, known as one of the best in the industry, Mr. Phinney has created some of the biggest labels in wine today. Our Executive Chef, Matt Ochs, has designed a culinary journey to showcase 6 selections from the Orin Swift collection. Each wine has been paired perfectly with a 5-course dinner crafted to bring out the best of both the wine and cuisine. Join us for this fun and educational evening and revel in the creations of Chef Matt and Orin Swift Cellars Wines.
