Le Meridien Dallas, The Stoneleigh invites all food & wine aficionados to the Orin Swift Wine Dinner on Friday, October 18. Venture through a luxurious four-course meal, with subsequent pairings of Orin Swift’s finest wines — orchestrated by The Stoneleigh’s esteemed Executive Chef Esayas Estifanos and his culinary team. The fun yet intimate experience is led by guest speaker Whitney Dutkin.

Orin Swift was established in 1998 by Dave Phinney, the profound winemaker, creative director, and artistic force behind every bottle the winery produces. Dave utilized his robust experience of studying abroad in Italy and working at Robert Mondavi and applied this knowledge to creating his own wine brand – the name as an homage to his parents.

The Stoneleigh is proud to showcase the beautiful, diverse bodies of the wines, which are known for their originality and craftsmanship. From beginner-level experimenters to wine sommeliers, all are welcome to celebrate life in the heart of Dallas with delicious food and wines in this highly coveted Wine Dinner series.
