Chef Shane Rutledge CCC has won chef competitions, and worked in many prestigious restaurants, from the 2 Michelin Star Jordnaer in Copenhagen to most recently opening Aalto for Pursuit Collection in Jasper. Culinary Director Chi How Kit has spent years working with Fairmont properties: Banff Springs, Le Château Montebello, Hotel Vancouver, Tremblant, and Royal York, most recently opening the refurbished Delta Calgary Airport Hotel.
Join us for this unique evening, where we’ll have a behind the scenes tour of the Saddledome and then take our seats for an impeccable 4-course pairing dinner from these two talented chefs - and there’s free parking at the Saddledome for us too!
