Put your trust in the culinary masterminds at Old Vines Supper Club every Wednesday in January for an extraordinary wine dinner series, ‘Omakase.’
The word ‘Omakase’ means “I leave it to you.” It’s a unique, chef-led Japanese dining experience that showcases the freshest seasonal ingredients, with a small element of surprise. Each week offers a completely unique menu that includes 10 to 12 courses of light, bite-sized plates featuring a touch of sushi, scallops, and wagyu, complemented by inspired wine pairings curated by Wine Director, Zach Bingham.
