Don't want to leave the kids at home? We got you! The Pines Guest Services staff will be hosting a kid's activity zone with fall crafts and movies. (We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment, and will be playing only PG-rated movies. While we strive for the highest standards of safety and supervision, parents and guardians are ultimately responsible for their children’s behavior and well-being.)

Online tickets sales end on Sat. September 28th at 4pm. After that time, tickets will be offered at the door, pending availability. Walk-in ticket price is $20 per person, pending availability.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/TRANSFERS

Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the event. Ticket price will be automatically refunded to the original payment source (paypal or credit card). Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

Ticket purchaser will be required to complete the transfer on their own. Event organizer will NOT process any transfers or refunds.

Registration (name changes) and event transfers are subject to $5 processing fee (per ticket) and may also result in an additional cost charge, as a result of difference in ticket cost.

In a very rare case that the event cancellation will be initiated by the Pines Resort (emergencies only), guests will be issued a full refund, including eventbrite processing fees.

Please DO NOT try to purchase tickets from people you do not know to avoid getting scammed. Feel free to verify registration by contacting us before agreeing to purchase. All changes must be completed online prior to the event.
