The experience will consist of a variety of tastings of wine, meat, and cheese. Each experience will be unique in it's coursing and pairing of the meats, cheeses, and wines. You'll learn about what makes them all special and exclusive selections. You will get to watch as meats and cheeses are freshly cut and sliced right in front of you at our very special Salumi Bar. The menu will consist of
