Catered box lunches or salads from Foothills Milling Cafe must be purchased in advance for our General Meeting.

Please make your lunch selection from the sandwich menu below. Orders must be submitted by noon on Friday, November 8.

You can choose either a salad or sandwich

• Blackberry Balsamic Salad - fresh blackberries, mixed greens, feta, grape tomatoes, pickled red onions, candied pecans & honey balsamic
• Strawberry Feta Salad - fresh strawberries, mixed greens, feta, grape tomatoes, pickled red onions, candied pecans & maple dijon dressing
• Fried Okra Salad - crispy fried okra, mixed greens, grape tomatoes, grilled onions, sharp white cheddar & Cruze Farm buttermilk garlic ranch

All the sandwiches are available with gluten-free bread.

• Turkey Pesto Oven roasted turkey breast, sundried tomato, basil pesto, goat cheese, and arugula.
• Southwest Turkey Oven-roasted turkey breast, pepper jack, Benton’s bacon, chili aioli, cilantro pesto, and roasted tomatoes.
• Vegan Grilled Cheese Sliced vegan cheddar cheese, roasted tomatoes, vegan basil pesto served with sweet vegan vinegar coleslaw.
