Advanced Food Preparation - Northwest Coast Cuisine Lunch
Location: Culinary Art Center Dining Room L294
Join us for a culinary experience where you dine in delicious Northwest Coast cuisine prepared by our students’ chefs. This in-person event will take place at the Culinary Arts Center Dining Room L294. We would love for you to try out the diverse and sweet tasting dishes. Each plate will take you through a deep dive of all the unique region of the Northwest has to offer.
Menu:
Creamy Cauliflower Soup topped with crispy garnish.
Watercress Salad with Candied Hazelnuts
Pan Seared Salmon topped with a Berry Sauce, Roasted Asparagus, and pureed Potatoes or
Grilled Marinade King Oyster Mushroom, Vegetarian option.
Coffee Pot de Creme with a Whipped Mascarpone.
