Please join us for our next dinner at our North Park location! For our March 3-course dinner offering, we're very excited to announce a fantastic line up wines, from Sonoma's Idle Cellars. For this month's 3-course dinner, we'll showcase a new wine, not featured in the February series and a couple of crowd favorites, each paired up with an all-new menu. This will be a great opportunity to try out 5 different wines from a non-distributed, very small-production winery. Chef Erin has created an elevated, seasonal menu, still paired up with each wine you'll be tasting. You won't want to miss this fun and interactive evening of wine, food and insights!
* Please note, this dinner will take place on the second floor in event space. A flight of exterior, low-rise stairs is the only way to access this event area.
We're happy to announce the return of 3-course events; offering an incredible value at a time when we're all only hearing about increasing costs. Once a month I will offer an abbreviated, 3-course dinner/brunch at either HardiHood in North Park. This equates to a full meal (appetizer, two light entrees and complimentary dessert) along with 3 paired wines, still 3oz pours of each. It is the same great concept of wine pairing with discussions on both the wine and food.
Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
