An evening of entertainment and hospitality awaits you as you sit down to a 17th-century meal filled with the finest food that the season of plenty has to offer. During dinner, you will be entertained with centuries-old psalms and songs. Perhaps you could be convinced to join in singing a round or two?

FIRST COURSE

  • A Sallet of Herbs - a 17th-century salad with watercress and chopped egg
  • Mussels Seeth'd with Parsley and Beer
  • A Dish of Turkey, Sauc'd - roasted turkey with onion gravy, thickened with bread
  • A Pottage of Cabbage, Leeks & Onions - savory stewed cabbage
  • A Sweet Pudding of Native Corn

SECOND COURSE

  • Stew'd Pompion - stewed butternut squash flavored with butter and vinegar
  • A Chine of Pork, Roast'd - roast pork loin with a red wine sauce
  • Fricassee of Fish - fish roasted with onions and leeks
  • Cheesecake made with spice and dried fruit - ricotta cheesecake with currants
  • A Charger of Cheese & Fruit
Advance ticket purchase is required. Tickets are non-refundable.

W here are the meals held?

The Thanksgiving Day Homestyle Buffet, "The Story of Thanksgiving" Dinner, and New England Harvest Feast are held in modern function rooms.

W hat is included with a ticket purchase?

In addition to the selected meal, the ticket price includes Museum admission, tax & service. Two-day Museum admission includes: the 17th-Century English Village, Historic Patuxet Homesite, Mayflower II, Plimoth Grist Mill, Craft Center and Nye Barn. (valid through December 1, 2024).

H ow is seating arranged?

All seating is assigned. All tables will be communal seating with a family-style meal. Special requests such as wheelchair accommodations or high chair needs, can be accommodated with advanced notice. If you are coming with a group and have bought tickets separately please email eallard@plimoth.org so that we may seat members of your party together.

H ow do I request dietary accomodations?

While we may offer some dietary accommodations, we are not able to fulfill all requests during this busy time. To request a dietary accommodation, please email Eallard@Plimoth.org.

H ow should I dress?

We recommend business casual dress. If you will be visiting the Museum sites included with your ticket purchase (excluding walk-in buffet) we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing comfortable shoes.

I s public transportation available?

Public transportation on Thanksgiving Day, including rideshare services, are very limited/not available in the Town of Plymouth.
