Kate J Truini, owner of New Curds on the Block cheese shop in Oakville will be here to share her knowledge and passion for handmade cheeses from the region, and offering insights into how cheese goes from milk to so many complex and varied iterations.

Jeff Rogers, head cider maker at Long View Orchards and Rogers Orchards, will be available to answer all your questions about hard cider, from fermentation to flavor profiles.
