One is the new release of a wine we explored a couple of years ago when Sebastian Zucchardi visited the shop, and it’s better than ever – making the case for concrete vs wood in wine aging. And one is a limited availability, nicely priced, Roussillon white gem from 100 year-old-vines delivering wild levels of richness and freshness.
