Finish the evening on a sweet note with a traditional sweet Cretan pie. 

Wine pairings are thoughtfully curated for each dish and include a 2021 single vineyard Vidiano from Crete’s “Wonderkid" Iliana Malihin, a 2020 natural Liatiko “Grifos” from Silva Daskalaki, the legendary 2004 “Antigone” blend from the one and only Economou, and a 2016 Kotsifali from Stilianou, and take you on a cultural and gastronomic journey through the rich heritage of one of Greece’s most ancient regions.
