Your adventure begins at Simply Sawdust where you will be guided through the steps of making your very own pizza peel. First you'll get to select the peel of your choice, watch the laser engrave your name, quote, etc. on the handle, then sand and oil it to a gleaming finish. The result is a beautiful yet practical memento of this one-of-a-kind experience.

Next, you will walk across the street to American 35 to embark on the next phase, which is learning to make Neapolitan-style pizza. Meet your classmates over an ice-cold aperitif as Chef discusses the class layout and level-setting. Then you'll head into the kitchen, where the real fun begins: a kitchen tour, dough mixing and formulas, how to form a dough ball, stretching and forming a pizza crust, building a pie, and techniques for baking it to perfection. You're welcome to use your brand-new peel for this part of class, or one of ours; it's totally up to you.

Lastly, you'll have the opportunity to share what you learned with the rest of the class. Everyone gets to show off their creation, and taste what others came up with as well. This communal meal comes with a glass of house wine. Cocktails, desserts, and additional items are available, but not included.
