Joining us on this celebratory day, we introduce to you the very talented John Peter Giunta, a multi-instrumentalist on guitars, flutes, accordion, assorted folk instruments and hand percussion instruments. Listen to performances of French favorites and more on Papa’s beloved Accordion as well as guitar and flute.
John had conservatory training at Juilliard and the Mannes College of Music in New York City, and holds a Master’s degree on the Classical Guitar from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Notable Venues John has performed include Town Hall and Lincoln Center in New York City, Kennedy Center and the National Press Club in the District of Columbia and today in honor of Papa, L’Auberge Chez Francois!
Dine on the “Classics” Brunch menu of Papa’s favorite dishes from his beloved Alsace, as we take a trip down memory lane. Francois’ favorite and always popular, Alsatian Quiche, Papa’s Bouillabaisse, Filet Mignon Benedict and Grand-Mère Cécile, Papa’s Grandmother’s Kougelhopf en Neige (made using the same recipe brought to America by Papa Haeringer).
In addition to our Brunch libations, this four-course Alsatian inspired brunch experience, of course, is paired with Papa’s favorite hot mulled spiced wine, and Mosbach Crémant from our homeland of Alsace.
