Mozzarella Di Michael is coming to Nefarious Eats on October 11th! During this fabulous evening of food and fun you will learn how to make fresh mozzarella cheese from scratch. The cheese you make will be the finishing touch on an elegant, creative and massive spread of delicious Italian charcuterie and delights for you to enjoy.

There are three rounds of cheese making and everyone is encouraged to get their hands into the bowl! Michael is a charismatic and entertaining teacher, so be prepared to laugh a lot while he regales the class with stories of his childhood, family and what it is like to come from a large and loving Italian family from New York.

Come hungry and wear your eating pants!

BYOB to enjoy! A selection of non-alcoholic beverages and dessert are included.

Guests will create:

Marinated mozzarella salad, Italian style mozzarella sushi rolls, Ciabatta bread sandwiches
