Prepaid experiences are non-refundable, we do not offer refunds, and cannot be modified or exchanged after 30 days prior to day of any event. We generally sell out our classes or events and can not fill them without 30 days advance notice as each experience is exclusive to cocktail making, specifics to American or Japanese whiskeys for example, they're intimate, we prepare for the class- curate bottles, batch out cocktails days ahead, we staff our events accordingly. Ex.) Your in-laws surprised you with a visit, your Boss is making you work late, baby's got the flu, and Cousin Vinny past away... We do appreciate your patronage.
