Join Beautiful Rind at Midwest Coast Brewery as we collaborate on another great session of pairing beer and cheese. This tasting will be hosted at Midwest Brewing's new rooftop space and include 5 of their beers paired up with 5 of cheeses curated by Beautiful Rind. Midwest Coast's brewer and Beautiful Rind's cheesemongers will be on hand to lead the tasting and answer all your beer & cheese questions.
Five of Midwest Brewery's great beers will be paired up by the cheesemongers at Beautiful Rind in an interactive guided tasting. After getting the rundown of each beer, cheese, and why they work together by the MWCB and BR teams, you'll have a chance to ask all your beer, cheese, and pairing questions while tasting some perfect beer/cheese combinations for the summer.
Please note this class is hosted at Midwest Coast Brewery, on the convertible roof top, 2137 W Walnut Street, Chicago. To help us start the tasting on time, please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the class.
All participants must be 21+ with valid ID. All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date.
