Kick off Miami Champagne Week 2024 with an in-depth Champagne Tasting led by Erin Jolley, Master of Wine. With years of experience in the world of fine wines, working as an importer, distributor and educator, Erin has a deep understanding of both the technical and sensory aspects of champagne.
In this session, Erin will expertly guide you through the key aspects of winemaking—grape varieties, time en tirage, reserve wine vs. vintage character, and dosage. She will also explore essential quality factors, including mousse persistence, acidity, fruit ripeness, and the complexity of terroir.
This is a must-attend event for anyone eager to deepen their champagne knowledge.
