Master of Agave Spirits Educator Oscar Adrian Montes Iga will be in Tucson during the 2025 Agave Heritage Festival in April, hosting for the first time a four day in-person intensive seminar for Mezcal Specialist (L1) and Mezcal Sommelier (L2) certifications accredited by Anahuac University & Cordon Bleu with the Agave Spirits Institute.
