We have a Mexican Independence dinner party on Saturday September 14th, and you’re invited. Come eat and celebrate!
Yahualica crispy taquitos “ensartados” an obscure regional specialty from a small town of Jalisco. Served with “carnitas” shredded meat, salsa roja, and all the trimmings.
Chilled avocado soup with crab meat: A refreshing soup for this summer, topped with crab meat and crema. A recipe from Uruapan Michoacan, where avocados have been eaten for 10,000 years and is today the biggest producer of avocados in the word.
Smoked Short ribs: Our most popular and famous chipotle rubbed, smoked, tender, juicy dinosaur beef ribs, served with tortillas and salsa. You might need an apron.
Arroz con Leche cheesecake with Kahlúa coffe liqueur caramel sauce. A delicious chilango-twist on the classic, for a sweet, delectable finish.
Drink: Enjoy a craft drink of your choice from our host Southern Brewery (included). Non-alcoholic drink choices (including aguas frescas) are also available.
