The first dinner of a series of connecting local farmer to the tables of ‘cille & ‘scoe. Come join us in putting a face to local farmers with incredible product, restoring breath in the local movement, honing in to the importance of sustainable and humane practices, and uncovering the difference in taste that comes with the local mindset (especially farmers who care about + honor their craft).

Joel and Brooks of Montgomery Sheep Farm, a charming and sustainable sheep farm that raises katahdin sheep and lamb and great pyrenees dogs on an animal welfare approved farm, will be joining Chef Sean and dinner attendees for collaborative and informative discussion about the art of local. Enjoy four courses crafted by Chef Sean highlighting multiple different cuts of lamb and all of the different cooking approaches and flavor affinities.

There will be space at the end of the meal for questions and collaborative discussion with dinner guests.
