Join us with your coworkers and clients or spice-up date night for a happy hour unlike any other. Our 1-hour cocktail class is designed to immerse you into the world of mixology while enjoying a cocktail made by your new favorite bartender - YOU!

Doors open at 5:00 PM with a welcome cocktail and cheese plate. By 5:15 PM, grab a seat at the bar and get to know your host for the evening, Manny Pressley. Manny will share the history of your welcome cocktail, which is always a well-known classic. Then the fun begins as you transform the classic cocktail recipe to something even more delicious with Manny's step-by-step expertise.

With all the ingredients laid out, Manny will teach you how to add your own twist to a classic cocktail recipe and educate you on how different flavors can affect certain cocktails and spirits. By the end of the evening, you've created your own cocktail to enjoy and have a new recipe to take home and recreate.

Once the class concludes, guests are welcome to stay at the bar and enjoy another cocktail or grab a table in our restaurant for dinner!
