Join Restaurant 17 and McCarus Beverage Company for a premium Champagne dinner. In the spirit of the holiday season, each course will feature a different Champagne from the McCarus Beverage Company portfolio, which is comprised of winemakers focused on natural, organic or biodynamic practices in their vineyards. These incredible wines will be paired with complimenting dishes from Chef Haydn Shaak. Dinner will begin with canapes and a welcome wine, followed by a four-course, individually plated dinner with wine pairings. The wines from the evening will be available for purchase at a discounted price at the end of the event. ($125/person - includes taxes and gratuities).
