About the pours:

Nicola’s Sauvignon Blanc – 2022 – Created in the Sancerre style, this Sauvignon Blanc is bright citrus and floral on the nose, with ripe grapefruit and lemon up front on the palate. This softens into a beautiful stone fruit finish.
Pinot Noir Rosé – 2022 – This light and dry rosé is made with hand-picked grapes from their Corchaug Estate on the North Fork of Long Island. The skins are removed promptly after crushing the grapes to give this wine just a touch of color. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, this natural, crisp rosé features notes of raspberries, red fruit, and rose petals.
Estate Pinot Noir – 2016 – Burgundy in style, this wine has aromas of red fruit, vanilla, and rich leather. A bright acidity with rich tones of strawberry and cherry greets the palate, finishing with just a hint of toasted oak.
Pinot Noir Reserve – 2014 – The winemaker has expressed that 2014 was the best year for growing Pinot Noir they have ever known. This wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. There is an incredible burst of dark red fruit, with a delicately tannic finish to create an excellently crafted and balanced wine.
